While we specialise in pitched lead roofs and flat lead roofs in our day-to-day operations, liquid rubber is another important service. This system has more than 200% elasticity and is stable if exposed to ultraviolet light. It is also more flexible than GRP roofing.
Liquid rubber is a non-slip coating that self-terminates. This is a key benefit to using this system because there isn’t a direct need for upstanding lead roof flashing although we personally believe that lead results in a better finish. Just as importantly, a liquid rubber roof can be applied cold to eliminate potential fire risks.
